“I was attempting to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. My first realtor…. my daughter refers to her as “the dumpster fire” which SHOULD give you some idea of how awful she was. We had at least 6 offers and she wasn’t able to close any of them. Kept insisting we needed to drop the price although the house had only been listed for 2 months. My best friend sold her house and Michele was her realtor. She couldn’t say enough great things about her. I spoke with Michele numerous times before I could even sign with her bc I was still under contract. Michele was never too busy to offer advice, sympathize with my situation, or just talk me down off the ledge. I took the house off the market (in desperation) on 11/21 and decided to just ride out the original contract. My contract ended on 3/31/22. I signed with Michele the next day. Michele jumped right in there and took care of everything and I DO mean everything – she relieved all of the stress that had been heaped upon me by the original “realtor”. The house was listed on MLS again on 4/1/22 – TONS of people saw the house that first weekend because of Michele’s expertise with advertising. We had MULTIPLE offers by 4/3. I accepted an offer on 4/4/22 for $50,000 over asking. Michele was amazing and I am truly grateful to her for all the help and support she offered me.”
